“I credit our tremendously successful new generation of admissions publications and web site largely to our collaboration with Susan Geib. She asked the right questions and was able to tease out the stories that best convey the authentic spirit of the Holy Cross experience, particularly the meaning and importance of the Jesuit nature of the College. Thanks to Susan, we have a consistent, compelling voice in both print and electronic media.”

Ann Bowe McDermott
Director of Admissions
College of the Holy Cross

“Susan Geib collaborated with Middlebury to create an innovative viewbook that tells our story in a more strategic – and highly creative – way. Susan’s fresh approach helped us take advantage of the new role that print can play in an increasingly digital admissions communications flow. She also plays well with others in a creative partnership.”
Pamela Fogg
Art Director
Middlebury College

“I've rarely worked with someone of Susan Geib's caliber in terms of creativity, insightfulness, and ability to deliver exactly what we wanted to accomplish. Susan helped us recast our MBA Program marketing materials, quickly understanding our goals and capturing the subtle nuances that made the project sing. She pushed us, too, to be clear about our strategy and the necessary tradeoffs. The results were outstanding, and I work with Susan every chance I get.”

Margaret C. Andrews
Former Executive Director of Marketing,
MBA Admissions and Alumni Relations
MIT Sloan School of Management

“Susan Geib is an excellent writer. But just as important, she brings a remarkable ability to synthesize information – including quantitative research findings – into a clear strategy that supports her writing and the ultimate creative product. She listens well; she’s an adept interviewer who knows how to elicit important information; and she develops a deep understanding of an institution and its goals.”
Jenny Holland
Director of Marketing and Communications
Trinity College

“In developing Puget Sound’s viewbook, Susan Geib set the standard for writers. She immediately understood our culture and was able to identify and collect evidence for characteristics that distinguish us from other liberal arts colleges. Her interview technique is outstanding; she asks the right questions and gets clear, uncoached answers in return.”
George Mills
Vice President for Enrollment
University of Puget Sound

“Susan Geib demonstrated great judgment, creativity, and versatility throughout our engagement. Her substantial knowledge of the culture of higher education enabled her to collaborate productively with our staff and clients and to understand our different audiences. Her ultimate positive influence was beyond our initial expectations, extending to our messaging, positioning, and strategy as well as to our collateral materials.”

Senior Vice President, Advancement Solutions
